Rookie girl group ELRIS has made their first comeback with a colorful and upbeat new song!
On September 13th KST, the music video for ELRIS’s new track “Pow Pow” was released. The five lovely members are all seen interacting in a colorful, almost cartoon-like, grocery store set. The song is a fast paced, pop-rock track with high brass additions. Listeners and fans have said both the song and music video boast a style that is somewhat reminiscent of the previous generation of Kpop music. With catchy lyrics that talk about love being like a volcano, “Pow Pow” is the kind of song that easily gets stuck in your head.
ELRIS originally debuted on June 1st under Hunus Entertainment with the song “We, first.” Their member line-up includes Kim Sohee and Min Karin who had previously gained attention from their time on the program “K-pop Star 6.”
“Pow Pow” is the title track of ELRIS’s 2nd mini-album, Color Crush. The group had cutely teased the album in a previously released “Album Self Spoiler” video.
