After releasing a music video and performance video for “HWA,” CL finally revealed the official video for “+5 STAR+” on November 6th at 1 p.m. KST!
The song takes a more emotional approach at expressing how they feel about their lover. CL penned the lyrics with Epik High‘s Tablo, Jean Baptiste Kouame, Koko LaRoo, and Suburban Plaza while Dave Hamelin, Darne Got It, Mutungi, Ton, and Suburban Plaza were credited for composing the music.
DPR IAN played opposite CL in the music video, filling in the role of the object of her affections and sharing sweet moments with her. Formerly of C-CLOWN as “Rome,” he is currently a rapper, composer, and director under DPR (Dream Perfect Regime) who made his solo debut last month with “So Beautiful.”
CL recently promoted her pre-release songs on CBS’ “The Late Late James Corden Show” and announced that her Alpha album is scheduled for release on November 30th KST.
