CIX made their long-awaited comeback with a new album and a music video for the title track called “Jungle” on October 27th at 6 p.m. KST!
The song expresses a desire for escape yet ends up with submission to their alluring captor. Its music video captures the darkness of the lyrics with its somber aesthetics and artful displays, the members immersed in the individual portrayals of their struggle.
Jay Kim, Styalz Fuego, and MZMC produced the track while Styalz Fuego, Mitchell Rose, Jackson Morgan, Danke, Kim Eungju, and Makeumine Works wrote its lyrics.
The group’s third album titled Hello Chapter 3. Hello, Strange Time was originally scheduled for release back in June but due to member Bae Jinyoung sustaining an injury, their return was pushed back to October. It boasts a tracklist of five songs: “Move My Body,” “Jungle,” “Change Me,” “Switch It Up,” and “Rebel.”
CIX is a five-member group under C9 Entertainment. They made their debut in July 2019 with the album Hello Chapter 1. Hello, Stranger and its lead single, “Movie Star.”
