On May 30th KST, soloist Chungha teamed up with H1GHER MUSIC‘s pH-1 to churn out the digital single, “My Friend.”
The track speaks about wanting to console a someone by taking some of the weight off their shoulders, asking them to write down what’s troubling their mind. It was written by Zion T., pH-1, and TAEO with Zion.T, Park Jun-woo, MOON, and pH-1 taking on the composition.
“My Friend” is a part of artist-songwriter Zion T. ‘s Korean digital collaboration series that aims to explore music by teaming up with artists he has not worked with yet. It is based on Mnet‘s short comedy “documentary” series, “Song FARM!”, where he scouts for people to help him make specific musical projects.
