JeA, solo artist and member of Brown Eyed Girls, has released a beautiful, new ballad track!
On October 21st KST, a music video for “Only Without Me” was dropped on 1theK‘s official YouTube channel. The calming, piano melody is accompanied with very simplistic and nostalgic style visuals. It gives the sense of reminiscing over old memories and is a perfect track for the fall season. The music video is styled in the newest trend of vertical full-screen for mobile phones. It highlights that with a phone keyboard actively texting out the feelings being expressed in the lyrics.
JeA last released “You’re Different” with Ra.D back in April of this year. Despite five months without official activity, JeA still greeted fans during this time through social media and covers of popular songs such as Daddy Yankee‘s hit track “Despacito.” Apart from her time as the main vocalist in Brown Eyed Girls, JeA has been active as a successful solo artist since January of 2013 and has released such popular tracks as “While You Were Sleeping,” “Bad Girl,” and “Just For One Day.” JeA is also an avid songwriter who has composed many tracks— not only for herself, but other artists as well.
“Only Without Me” is from JeA’s single digital album, entitled LISTEN 017, that was released at the same time as the music video.
