WATCH: ARrC Makes Debut Full Of Flavor In “S&S (sour and sweet)” Music Video

Mystic Story‘s first boy group ARrC has made their debut with their EP AR^C on August 19th at 12 p.m. KST!

ARrC stands for “Always Remember the real Connection” and reflects the group’s belief in the importance of connection. It represents the will to grow into artists who remember this connection and convey a good influence through music to many people around the world.

The debut title track “S&S (sour and sweet)” immediately grabs your attention with its pounding drums and catchy rap line. ARrC showcases coolness in the electric hip-hop song that combines elements of hyperpop and “hood pop.”

“S&S (sour and sweet)” expresses an encouraging message inspired by the fable “The Fox and the Grapes.” The music video expands and visualizes the story, showcasing the members’ full charms.

“Hood pop” is relatively unknown and underground, especially in the K-pop scene. Ekelle — a Canadian indie rapper — created the genre to define her music, describing it as “pop music with a street edge.”

ARrC’s multinational line-up includes seven boys hailing from Korea, Vietnam, Japan, and Brazil. Their debut EP AR^C contains five songs including a remix of the re-debut song, “Dummy.”
