On May 8th KST, aespa returned with their third EP along with a music video for their title track, “Spicy”!
Written by Bang Hyehyun (Jamfactory), the dance piece channels a lively and cheeky energy as the lyrics coyly warn about what to expect if you want to be with them. Ludvig Evers, Jonatan Gusmark, Kim Yeonseo (Emily Yeonseo Kim), and Moa “Cazzi Opeia” Carlebecker took charge of composition while Moonshine and JINBYJIN worked on its arrangement.
MY WORLD contains a total of six songs including the previously released B-side track “Welcome to My World” which expands upon the aespa lore and their connection to the mysterious being, nævis. This EP comes around 10 months after they dropped their last mini-album, Girls.
