One June 16th at 6 p.m. KST, 2AM‘s Im Seulong and Lovelyz‘s Kei dropped a music video for their duet, “Female Friend.”
Co-composed and co-written by Seulong and GIRIBOY, it explores thoughts about the kinds of relationship between opposite sexes. It throws a question to those who has experienced something that is neither love nor friendship between a boy and a girl.
Lovelyz’s Kei debuted as part of a group in 2014 under Woollim Entertainment. She then made her solo debut in 2019 with her real name, Kim Ji Yeon. Meanwhile, Im Seulong rose to fame as part of 2AM in 2008 under JYP Entertainment. He last released a solo called”Sea of Love” in 2017.
