Super Junior’s Ryeowook Officially Enlists Into The Army

On October 11, 2016, Super Junior‘s Ryeowook enlisted as an active duty soldier.

All Korea-born men are required to serve a mandatory 2 years by law, and Ryeowook is no exception to the rule.

Fellow bandmates Leeteuk and Kyuhyun saw Ryeowook before he officially went off, as well as ELF who made fanprojects to show support and see him one last time.

Some of their projects include messages like “Right here Waiting for 려욱 (Ryeowook)” with the R and W capitalized for his name and light-hearted ones such as, “Come back well!!! We will not get a boyfriend!”

Two years will be nothing for fans.

We hope for your safe return, Ryeowook!
