It seems like some Super Junior members just aren’t willing to live too far away from each other! It has been revealed that members Leeteuk and Eunhyuk have purchased luxury apartments in the same complex in Seoul.
On August 18th, it was reported that the two mega stars recently completed the purchase of their new homes. The apartments are located in the brand new, luxury complex known as Seoul Forest Trimage. Both apartments have a view of the Han River and are already worth more than what the Super Junior members paid originally, making them a great investment for the artists.
Leeteuk’s apartment 185.82㎡ (2,000ft2) and is worth 2.5 billion won (approximately 2.2 million USD). He signed his contract quite some time ago when the apartments were being built, but the apartment was finally finished and registered last month. It is estimated that he paid for the majority of the apartment in cash.
Meanwhile, Eunhyuk’s apartment is somewhat smaller than Leeteuk’s at 124.8㎡ (1343ft2). It is worth approximately 1.6 billion won (1.4 million USD). He purchased the apartment in August 2016 and it was finally finished and registered this month. In addition, he already owns another apartment that he gifted to his parents.
The Seoul Forest Trimage is located in Seongsu-dong. The area used to be an industrial location, but the neighborhood has been going through a period of reconstruction and turning into an extremely exclusive area for the wealthy. The new apartment buildings are touted as “ultra luxury” and are said to be one of the most high-end residential apartment complexes in the nation. The villas encompass four buildings with 47 floors each for a total of 688 units.
