There is heartbreaking news from Korea today. Sulli has passed away.
The news was released on October 14th, shocking the Korean entertainment world. It was revealed that Sulli’s manager had spoken to her on the phone for the last time about 6:30 p.m. KST on October 13th. After not being able to reach her later, her manager went to her house the next day where they found her dead. Emergency services were called around 3:20 p.m. KST on October 14th, but it was too late. Sulli, actress and former f(x) member, was just 25 years old at the time of her passing.
Although a note was found at the scene, police did not describe it as a suicide note but as a note where she had written her feelings. No official cause of death has been confirmed and SM Entertainment, Sulli’s longtime agency, asked people to refrain from speculation and rumors out of respect for Sulli’s grieving family.
In the official statement from SM, they confirmed that Sulli had passed away and expressed their deep grief at the news.
Other celebrities and stars have also taken to social media to express their sympathies, as well as cancelling their activities out of respect for Sulli. Friend and fellow f(x) star Amber Liu has also cancelled her activities for the time being and asked fans for their understanding.

She was outspoken about topics such as bullying and thus tried to make the world a better place.
