EXO is returning soon!
It was previously reported that EXO will be releasing a new song mid-July, and that EXO would be filming their music video next week.
Some of the details have now been confirmed by SMTOWN! The title track has already been completed, and according to a source, the song is one that the agency representatives are pleased with. Fans were given this hint by Baekhyun: “In the hottest part of summer, a lot of people say, ‘It’s so hot.’” The keyword was stated to be the word “hot,” leading many to speculate that the new title track is called “The War” because of how similar it sounds to “hot” in Korean.
In addition, EXO and their choreographer have been sharing small tidbits of the dance on Instagram and in short video clips and photos.
A source from SM Entertainment has confirmed, “EXO is currently preparing for a summer comeback. We will reveal more details once we have more specifics. Please anticipate it!”
The label did not confirm a specific comeback date yet, however, so stay tuned for more news.
