Samuel Kim‘s solo debut is just around the corner!
On July 9th, Brave Entertainment released a couple of teaser images to reveal the details of Samuel’s upcoming solo debut! The singer’s album is entitled Sixteen and will be released on August 2nd at 4 p.m. KST. The mini-album will have six songs, including several collaborations.
The title track, also called “Sixteen,” will feature rapper Changmo. “With U” features former I.O.I member and current solo artist Kim Chungha. “I Got It” and “123” both feature Maboos, a rapper at Samuel’s label and a member of Electroboyz.
Samuel is known for being a former SEVENTEEN trainee, a member of former duo 1PUNCH, and most recently, a trainee on the hit show “Produce 101: Season 2.” After finishing in the top twenty on the show, most fans were upset that he didn’t rank higher, leading his label to announce his official debut as a solo artist.
Meanwhile, Samuel will also be holding his first solo fan meet at the APM mall in Hong Kong on July 16th!
