Finally some good news for Royal Pirates fans— Moon Kim is going to release his first-ever solo track!
The lead vocalist and guitarist for the band announced through a teaser image that he would be releasing a solo song on Valentine’s Day. The track is entitled “Dark Chocolate” and is a gift for fans, following the theme of giving chocolates on Valentine’s.
After making their official debut in 2013, the band enjoyed success until a freak accident injured member James Lee. Due to ongoing issues from his injury, the promising band wasn’t able to promote as much as they wanted. After finding out about additional, severe health problems, James announced he would have to retire from the music industry as a result.
Through it all, the group’s fandom has been very faithful and waited on new music from the band. Due to this, Moon Kim decided he wanted to gift them with a special song this Valentine’s Day.
