Red Velvet, BTS, And KARD Grab Spots In Top 5 On Billboard World Albums Chart

Recently, Billboard updated its World Albums Chart and three Kpop groups grabbed spots in the top five.

Coming in first was Red Velvet’s second full album Perfect Velvet. This is already the group’s fourth time topping the World Albums Chart! Their previous albums ‘The Red, Rookie, and ‘The Red Summer also made the list in the past. This makes Red Velvet the first Kpop female group to achieve this many spots on the World Albums Chart.

Meanwhile, BTS has maintained its number two spot in its tenth week on the chart with their mini-album Love Yourself: Her.

Sitting at the number four spot was KARD with their new mini-album You & Me.

As for the other artists who came out on this week’s Billboard World Albums Chart, MONSTA X‘s album  The Code is at number 12 and SEVENTEEN’s TEEN, AGE is at number thirteen.
