Rapper Dumbfoundead To Release First Korean Album This Month

Rapper Dumbfoundead is set to make his first release in Korea!

The artist, born in Argentina and raised in Los Angeles, is a rapper of Korean descent that has become famous for his outspoken views about the underrepresentation of people of color in  the American entertainment industry. His 2016 song “Safe” garnered a lot of attention since it coincided with the protests of “white-washing” at the Oscar Awards.

Although he is an American artist, he has also done numerous collaborations with Korean pop and hip-hop artists such as Jay Park, Okasian, Tiger JK, and more.

After being in Korea for the majority of 2017, he has decided to release his first Korean single on May 17th, followed by a mini-album on May 23rd.

According to a post on the rapper’s Instagram, the single will feature three other artists on the track. The first artist announced to be included on the song, entitled “Hyung,” will be Dok2.
