On June 10th, G-Dragon kicked off his world tour with the first concert in Seoul. Over the course of the evening, the world-famous star showed exactly why he is hailed as the King when it comes to Kpop!
Featuring one amazing stage after another, G-Dragon showed great passion and energy from the first moment he stepped onstage! In addition to his solo stages, he also performed with CL and singer-songwriter IU. However, the favorite part of the night for fans was just seeing him filling the stage with his mega-charismatic personality and stage presence.
Throughout the evening, he kept to the theme of red— despite numerous costume changes, all his clothes revolved around the fiery color. Even CL wore a skintight, red dress when performing with G-Dragon.
G-Dragon will now begin the rest of his world tour, coming to the U.S. for multiple shows, as well as other concerts around the globe. With the release of his new mini-album, Kwon Ji Young, he shocked the Kpop world by reaching the number one position on over 40 iTunes charts around the globe, leading many to already speculate he’ll be nabbing plenty of awards at the end of the year events for 2017.
