On October 31st KST, Hyobin, the youngest member of boy group NTB, announced his enlistment through a handwritten letter on Instagram.
The vocalist and visual has currently been promoting in Japan with fellow NTB member Jaeha. He recently held a final online fan sign on October 29th and 30th KST before joining the army on November 2nd KST.
Hello, I’m Hyobin of NTB.
I wanted to tell you in person, so I’m sending this message.
I will join the army on November 2nd.
I’m grateful to those who have always supported me, watched me with affection and understood me.
At a young age when there was so much I didn’t know and so much work to handle, thanks to you, it has become a time for me to learn about new experiences and things.
I don’t regret joining the military late because I’ve received so much love so far.
I’ll be back as a healthier Korean man.
I won’t forget.

NTB made their official debut in May of 2018 with the track “Dramatic” after various promotions in Japan. They received a lot of love from fans in both Korea and Japan, as well as abroad. In fact, their crowd-funded debut album project far exceeded its goal by 1400%.
