On September 6th KST, EXO‘s LAY Zhang announced a surprise single called “Gluttony”!
According to him, his new song was inspired by his time in Youku‘s reality dance show called “Street Dance of China 3” which started airing this July.
LAY acted as a mentor and captain to aspiring street dancers in the show. He looked after his team and made preparations with them as they geared up to join exciting dance showdowns against groups handled by equally talented artists: GOT7‘s Jackson Wang, UNIQ‘s Wang Yibo, and Wallace Chung.
Earlier this year, he teamed up with music icons Steve Aoki and will.i.am for “Love You More” before returning to grab more attention with his music video releases for “Jade” and “Lit” in May.
LAY recently revealed the second half of his LIT album, offering delighted fans a set of cross-cultural songs that the singer personally helped write and compose.
