Superstars Lee Jung Jae and Park Hae Soo have been cast in a new Netflix series entitled “Round Six.” The news was released on March 11th, making fans excited to see what these two talented stars have in store for viewers through their acting.
The new Netflix series “Round Six” will follow the story of various people who have seemingly failed at life, but suddenly receive a mysterious invitation for a survival game where the end prize is $40 million USD. The game includes spin-offs of various children’s games in Korea, but the participants are all locked up until a final winner takes the prize.
Lee Jung Jae is a well-known and popular actor in Korea, known for his unforgettable roles in films like “Assassination,” “The Face Reader,” “Operation Chromite,” and the “Along With The Gods” series. Meanwhile, Park Hae Soo is a musical actor turned screen star who first held supporting roles in projects like “Master” and “Legend of the Blue Sea” before gaining major exposure through his award-winning performance in the hit series “Prison Playbook.”
The series will be directed and written by Hwang Dong Hyuk, the mind behind hits like “The Fortress” and “Miss Granny.” Although both actors have already been involved in Netflix projects, this is the director’s first project for the international streaming service.
