Actor Kim Min Jae has been cast as the lead in the upcoming SBS music drama ” Do You Like Brahms?”
The series will follow talented musicians at an advanced music school as they face choices in love, life, and music while also facing immense pressure from their parents and teachers. Kim Min Jae (“Dr. Romantic 2,” “Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency”) will play the role of a genius pianist who has been playing the piano since the age of six years old. Despite winning international competitions and having the talent to take over the music world, he is very reserved and doesn’t have many ambitions to make it big as a pianist.
The handsome and talented young star already plays the piano in real life, but his label revealed that he has been practicing diligently and really pouring himself into this role.
Meanwhile, actress Park Eun Bin (“Stove League,” “The Ghost Detective”) was confirmed for the drama last month and will be playing the role of a female violinist who previously graduated from university with a degree in business. However, she decides to return to school to study music and faces challenges as a student who is seven years older than the other students in her classes.
