Get ready for more updates on the new Korean film scheduled to hit theaters this November!
“Brother” has released three promotional posters of the main stars: actor Jo Jung Suk, EXO‘s D.O., and actress Park Shin Hye.
The prison clothes and furrowed eyebrows on Do Sik (Jo Jung Suk) are quite striking, aren’t they? In the poster, he asks, “Where is my… checkbook, brother,” leaving the impression that money is of central interest in the film. The line “sold off by younger sibling” in the purple text hints of a rough relationship between him and his brother as well.
In the movie, Jo Jung Suk’s brother is played by D.O., who goes by the name Doo Young. The orange text in his poster points to the story of seeing his brother “after 15 years.” Another interesting line is found in the purple and gray text of Park Shin Hye’s poster, where it talks about “enemy brothers.”
The spiced-up plot about the tense relationship between the brothers is something to which we can all look forward. Many dramatic, yet hilarious, moments are sure to follow in this movie being touted as a “bromance” film.
