Jung Kyung Ho promises to bring a lot of laughter to the upcoming drama “Missing 9.”
A new trailer was released on January 14th, showing the actor in his role of Seo Joon Ho, the leader of an idol band who is now hanging on to his fame by a thread. The new teaser shows the former big-shot idol as he struggles to keep his insanity after being stranded on a desert island.
The trailer took some fans by surprise since previous trailers seem very intense and dramatic. Although the drama is billed as a dramatic mystery, it look like the audience will also be getting some lighthearted, funny moments as well. Jung Kyung Ho’s character, with his over-the-top ways and diva attitude, seems destined to provide viewers with lots of comic relief!
The story focuses on nine people who must survive on an island after their plane crashes unexpectedly. Apart from the lead Jung Kyung Ho (“Cruel City,” “One More Happy Ending”), the drama also stars Baek Jin Hee (“My Daughter, Geum Sa Wol”). EXO‘s Chanyeol also co-stars in the drama as one of the missing nine, along with a variety of veteran and rookie actors.
The drama premieres on January 18th, so stay tuned!
