JJ Project is set to be making their comeback with a new album, Verse 2.
As announced earlier by JYP Entertainment, the duo group made up of GOT7 members JB and Jinyoung will be making their comeback this summer. On July 15th, the label released the first teaser for their new release by way of a comeback schedule.
On July 17th KST, the album will officially be open for pre-orders, followed by the release of the first teaser images on July 21st KST. Teasers will be released daily until the actual comeback date on July 31st!
Also on the 31st, the group will hold a showcase and photo exhibition to celebrate their return to the Kpop scene after such a long absence!
JJ Project actually debuted in 2012 before both members went on to join a group of trainees and redebut as part of GOT7. Their duo song “Bounce” has since gone on to become a favorite at GOT7 concerts and had many newer fans looking up JJ Project to see what the original duo was like. As a result, a new wave of interest has resulted in the group, leading to their long-awaited comeback after five years.
