YouTuber Sungha Jung recently covered the song “For You” from the “Scarlet Heart: Ryeo” OST.
Famous on YouTube for his fingerstyle guitar technique, the Kdrama OST track comes out beautifully as Sungha plays the gorgeous song. The song was originally sung for the soundtrack by EXO‘s Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin. Being able to play such lovely melodies is what motivates the guitarist to keep pursuing music as his career.
With his fluid movements and flawless expertise, the love he has for the guitar is clearly seen and heard throughout the video. Each note rings with the utmost clarity, and as the song progresses, the transitions are truly seamless and perfect. Being called a guitar prodigy is not what the YouTuber desires, but it’s not unreasonable to say he should be called exactly that.
