EXO‘s Baekhyun becomes a million seller!
On July 1st KST, EXO’s official Twitter account posted a message of confirmation and congratulations for their member who has recently returned with a new mini-album called Delight with the title track, “Candy.”
According to the tweet, Baekhyun’s latest release has officially breached the one million mark in Korean sales and this makes him the first soloist in nearly 20 years to hit such numbers. Singer Kim Gunmo was the last person who had achieved a similar feat with his seventh album in 2001, making this record more thrilling for the idol, his group, and their loyal fans.
EXO was also lauded for being the first group in 12 years to have sold more than a million albums with their album XOXO in 2013. The group has been consistently selling out their releases since then.
