Chuseok Special “Idol Chef King” To Feature Top Kpop Groups

Foodies and Kpoppers rejoice! The Idol Chef King lineup is out, and boy do we have a good bunch!

MBC is bringing us a special show to celebrate the 2016 Chuseok holiday. Look forward to seeing many of our favorite idols in one place, testing their cooking skills. They will be judged by celebrity chefs Kim So Hee, Lee Yeon Bok, and Hong Suk Chun. Plus, Kim Sung Joo will be the MC.

On the special Chuseok show, over two hundred members of popular idol groups will compete as they show off their cooking skills.  It will be the ultimate showdown with some of Korea’s best idols representing their team and their entertainment companies. They filmed on August 20th, and the show is expected to air on September 15th at 6pm KST.

Among the participants, there will  be EXO, BTS, BTOB, VIXX, TWICE, Lovelyz, NCT 127,  VIXX, Crayon Pop and more! Preliminary round will include a large number of idols, but the final competition will only feature eight members!

Who will be crowned king? We can’t wait to find out!
