BTS has released the first MV teaser for their comeback!
On February 10th at midnight KST, Big Hit Entertainment released the teaser for BTS’s upcoming song “Spring Day.” The beautiful teaser and emotional music and lyrics already promise that this will be an artistic song full of meaning. BTS is widely known for their Kpop songs that dive deeper into the lives of teenagers and youth, looking at the struggles they face. It seems that this song will be no different and will prove another success in the lines of “Run” or “Save Me.”
With an obvious nod to the award-winning short story “The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas,” it seems like the MV will focus on the feelings of the young child who is the center of the plot: a lonely, miserable child who is locked up alone so that others may live in utopia.
The new album WINGS: You Never Walk Alone is a follow-up of their hit 2016 album WINGS. It will be released on February 13th.
