BTS has been named as one of the top ten artists of 2017!
On December 11th, Billboard released their list of top 100 artists of the year. For the exclusive top ten artists of 2017, the announcements came via Twitter, thrilling many fans when BTS was revealed as the number ten artist of the year. The company stated, “BTS scored the highest-charting and only top 40 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 for a K-pop group, as “MIC Drop,” featuring Desiigner, hit no. 28.”
As part of Billboard’s top ten artists of the year, BTS beat out other powerhouse artists like Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, DJ Khaled, Charlie Puth, and Selena Gomez. Other top ten artists include Ed Sheeran, Brunos Mars, and more.
