Tragic news has hit the Kpop community— Minwoo of 100% has passed away.
On March 26th KST, TOP Media revealed that the singer was found dead in his apartment. They revealed that he was found without a pulse and although emergency responders were called to the scene, he was declared dead. He passed away on March 25th. He was only 33 years of age.
Reports from Korean news sources are saying he died of a cardiac arrest, but his label has not yet made a statement on cause of death.
The company stated that the entire label, his family, friends, and members are all in shock and very grief-stricken. According to the family’s wishes, they will be carrying out a quiet funeral. About Minwoo, they stated, ““As the oldest member of his team, Minwoo led his members and loved their fans with his warm heart. Because everyone who knows Minwoo is aware of his kind-heartedness and faithfulness, the sadness is even greater.”
Minwoo made his official debut in September of 2012. Before his debut, he had gained notoriety as an ulzzang and had made many cameos in music videos, dramas, and movies.
