MAMAMOO‘s Hwasa is back with her second solo mini-album O on September 19th at 6 p.m. KST.
The title track “NA” is based around the phrase “Me, Myself and I” and showcases the songstress’ signature easy confidence as she takes a dignified step regardless of what others think.
The lyrics are the work of rappers PENOMECO, DAMIAN, and PSY with the latter also composing the track with hit songwriters Yoo Gun Hyung and An Shinae. Global producers Thomas Brown, Amanda Ratchford, Marlon Roudette, Theron Makiel Thomas, Tricia Battani, and G’harah “PK” Degeddingseze also worked on the song.
One of the highlights of the music video is the filming location of Paris, France where Hwasa enjoys the the romantic European city, taking in the beautiful backdrops and showing off her playful side. Popular dance crews La Chica and Jam Republic perform the choreography alongside the singer with show-stopping synergy.
