RIIZE continues to surpass expectations with each new release and now they are back with their Japanese debut!
On July 29th at midnight KST/JST, the group released their first Japanese single album Lucky which includes the title track of the same name.
“Lucky” is an upbeat funk-pop song with rhythmic drums and an addictive chorus. The catchy and humorous lyrics are about taking control of love rather than waiting for it to happen by chance. Making suggestions like adding a leaf to a three-leaf clover to make a lucky four-leaf clover.
As expected from RIIZE, the music video is vibrant and fun while also showcasing the emotional-pop group’s addictive disco-inspired dance moves.
In addition to “Lucky,” the single album includes two more tracks “Be My Next” and “Same Key.” The latter serves as the theme song for the Japanese drama “Made Up With Mud,” which had a pre-release a few weeks ago to coincide with the drama’s premiere.
The physical single will be released in Japan on September 5th which will mark RIIZE’s official Japanese debut date.
