Back with their second mini-album SUMMER BEAT! is Pledis Entertainment boy group TWS which made their highly anticipated comeback on June 24th at 6 p.m. KST!
The title track “If I’m S, Can You Be My N?“ is a hybrid pop genre song that harmonizes funky rhythms and vividly colored synth sounds, while TWS’s unique, refreshing, and bright music color stands out.
Lyrically, the song compares a relationship to the S and N poles a magnet to display the many reasons why opposites attract. The catchy melody complements the cool and youthful voices of the members, who use natural and approachable delivery to convey euphoric excitement.
The summer-infused music video goes perfectly with the shimmering tune and contains the lively youthful energy of TWS reminiscent of a teen film.
SUMMER BEAT! consists of six tracks with various genres such as rock, boom bap, and jersey club beats, and includes the pre-release song “hey! hey!”
