WATCH: WayV Can’t Get Enough In “Give Me That (Korean Ver.)” MV

WayV is back after seven months with their fifth mini-album Give Me That released on June 3rd at 6 p.m. KST!

The title track “Give Me That” is a pop dance number with an addictive melody and brassy sound over a funky old-school drum beat. WayV’s bright energy is evident in the lyrics, which are an active confession to the person you fell in love with at first sight.

The song was composed by KENZIE, Courtlin Jabrae Edwards, Pontus ‘Oneye’ Kalm, Tommy Brown, and Ludwig Lindell. Its Korean lyrics were penned by KENZIE while the Chinese lyrics were by Pan Yan Ting.

In terms of concept, the colorful and playful “Give Me That” music video is one of the NCT sub-unit’s lightest. It shows a different, yet equally enjoyable side to the members who typically portray a tougher and more mature image in their MVs.

Member WinWin was unable to participate due to SM Entertainment bringing forward the comeback date which caused the album preparations to conflict with his filming schedule for a drama in China. Therefore WayV will be promoting this comeback as five members.
