Want To Be A Kpop Star? New Idol Training Center Extends Into West Coast

If you’re looking to break into the Kpop industry, Born Star NYC is here to help you fulfill your dreams!

Started in 2006 in the Gangnam district of Seoul, Born Star branched out into New York three years ago and has now expanded into California with a new branch. Born Star’s mission is to help prepare you for the agency auditions you are aiming for in the future.

Recently, Born Star NYC Training Center opened classes in northern California, including the Bay Area of San Fransisco, Redwood City, and Oakland. They are offering specialized training and even have summer camps in the works as well. Aspiring Kpop stars don’t just have to travel to Seoul for training but can find classes on the East and West coasts now too!

Constantly checking up on the newest trends in the entertainment industry, Born Star has produced some of today’s biggest entertainers! Some of their famous students include INFINITE’s Woohyun, BOYS24‘s David Shin, MAMAMOO‘s Solar, and more.

In addition to classes and training at all campuses, Born Star also works directly with Korean entertainment companies to hold auditions. The first week of April, for example, an audition was held at their NY campus for Woollim Entertainment and C2K Entertainment!

Born Star is ranked the #1 Fine Arts School in Korea and offers training in singing, rapping, dancing, acting, music theory, and more.

As Kpop grows in America, many non-Koreans are looking to join the industry. As such, Born Star is a Kpop training center that welcomes anyone and everyone who wants to follow their dreams! However, it’s important to remember what Daniel Shin, dean of Born Star NYC Training Center, said in his interview with SF Examiner, “It’s not easy to become a singer; K-pop is harder than watching TV and singing. Everyone needs to be realistic about what they’re trying to achieve.”

If you’re committed to the challenge, then don’t waste time and start working towards your dreams today!
