On April 19th at 6 p.m. KST, Apink released the digital single “Wait Me There” to commemorate their 13th debut anniversary!
The song was written by member Park Chorong who recalls memories the group and their fans shared for 13 years. Whether it was crying or laughing, they hope that the song helps everyone find strength and happiness again in hard times.
“Wait Me There” contains an emotionally expressive acoustic band sound that expresses the happy things that can be obtained even in small everyday moments. While the lyrical vocals add a great resonance to the track.
It was composed by Zaydro, STARBUCK, and YHEL who have created songs for other top K-pop girl groups TWICE and MAMAMOO.
“Wait Me There” is a thank you to fans who have been by Apink’s side since the beginning of their activities as a group back in 2011.
