On October 17th at 6 p.m. KST, YOUNITE returned with their latest mini-album along with a music video for their title track, “Love It!”
The hip-hop dance song is a reinterpretation of 90s Miami dance music with lyrics that channel the feelings of infatuation and anticipation when thinking about someone they like. It was written by Le’mon, BAYLEE (Bayley), and DEY while jisanpark, Le’mon, and BAYLEE (Bayley) composed the track.
Light: BIT Part.2 closes off YOUNITE’s “Light: BIT” series and contains a collection of five title songs that span genres such as hip-hop, dance, rock, and R&B. Its first half was released earlier in May with the lead track, “Waterfall.”

Katherine grew up watching Korean dramas and other Asian shows. Although she first learned to appreciate Korean music through OSTs broadcasted locally, it wasn’t until 2011 that she properly paid attention to K-pop. She holds a fondness for SEVENTEEN and NCT and would recommend (G)I-DLE, Dreamcatcher, and XG to whoever cared to listen. She reads just about anything and is currently easing back into full novels.
