SMTOWN‘s latest boy group is here!
On September 4th at 6 p.m. KST, RIIZE finally made their debut with their single and its music video, “Get A Guitar.”
Written by Shin Nari (ARTiffect) and Bang Hyehyeon (Jamfactory), the pop track features a retro synthesizer and funky guitar rhythm with lyrics that depict how the members came together through music as they all reach for their dreams.
RIIZE is composed of former NCT members Shotaro and Sungchan along with new members Eunseok, Wonbin, Seunghan, Sohee, and Anton. Their name is a combination of “Rise” and “Realize” which represents the team’s desire to grow together and realize their dreams.
In August, Kakao Entertainment announced the release of omnibus webtoons “NCT: Dream Contact” and “Rize & Realize.” The web novels are in collaboration with SM Entertainment and “Rize & Realize” follows the stories of the members as they face challenges on the way to achieving their goals. The webtoon was written by No Gon and illustrated by Nak Di with a total of eight episodes.
