On August 24th at 6 p.m. KST, DKZ‘s main rapper Jae Chan introduced his pre-release track and its music video, “Time.”
The alternative pop song reflects on the passage of time and features a dreamy guitar sound. It was penned by Jae Chan himself and co-composed with Blood circle (PNP), and Ha Heonje (PNP). His solo debut mini-album called Jcfactory will drop on September 6th KST.
While Jae Chan debuted as an idol with DKZ in 2019, he has also dabbled in acting and starred in the 2022 South Korean BL web series “Semantic Error” opposite Park Seo Ham (formerly from idol group KNK). The drama follows an enemy-to-lovers plot featuring two college students who are polar opposites and is based on a long-running popular webtoon by J.Soori.
