On August 21st at 6 p.m. KST, AKMU returns with their latest single “Love Lee” along with its music video!
The song exudes a refreshing and bright energy as it sings about loving someone so much. AKMU’s Chanhyuk wrote the lyrics and co-composed the track with MILLENNIUM and SIHWANG.
AKMU’s fourth single album contains two tracks: “Love Lee” and “Frying Dream.” In a press conference prior to the release of the single album, it was revealed that “Frying Dream” was initially given as a gift to IU but due to a misunderstanding, IU had not been aware of it as a gift. After reaching a resolution, IU gifted the song back to Suhyun and AKMU finally managed to share it with their excited fans.
AKMU last had a comeback in July 2021 with the collaboration album, Next Episode. The duo is set to appear as MCs in the third season of KBS 2TV‘s “The Seasons,” a music talk show that introduces a new MC for every season. AKMU’s “The Seasons: AKMU’s Last Goodbye” will air on September 1st at 10 p.m. KST.
