TWICE‘s Jihyo finally makes her much-anticipated solo debut!
On August 18th at 1 p.m. KST, TWICE’s leader and main vocalist released her first mini-album along with a music video for its title track, “Killin’ Me Good.”
The song is an R&B pop track with a Latin style that sings about how someone makes feel all sorts of electric emotions they never felt before. J.Y. Park himself wrote the lyrics and helped with the arrangement while Marcus Lomax, Melanie Fontana, GG Ramirez, and Lindgren composed the song.
ZONE is a mini album that features seven tracks in total and includes collaborations with Heize and American singer 24kGoldn. “Nightmare” had been introduced to fans prior to the EP after Jihyo performed the song for her solo stage on TWICE’s “READY TO BE” world tour. Jihyo is the second member from TWICE to have her own solo debut after Nayeon released “POP” in June 2022.
