On August 24th at 6 p.m. KST, Ha Sungwoon dropped his seventh mini-album, Strange World!
The title track “Focus” is a pop-based dance song with an addictive melody. It combines rhythmically distinctive synth sounds that blend with Ha Sungwoon’s more mature vocals, presenting a cool and dynamic performance.
Writers ZNEE of 153/Joombas and Mok Jimin of lalala studio penned the lyrics. The track was composed by a team consisting of talented producers Ryan Jhun, Mathias Nilsen, and Norwegian singer-songwriters Morgan Sulele and Kristin Marie (credited under their real names Magnus Clausen and Kristin Skolem). Additionally, twin brother pop-duo Marcus & Martinus also participated in the song’s composition, as well as Jeon Myunghoon and Park Minsu.
Strange World contains five tracks, including a duet with JAMIE entitled, “Too Little Too Late.” It is the singer’s first new release since joining agency Big Planet Made Entertainment following his departure from longtime company Star Crew Entertainment late last year.
Ha Sungwoon’s will soon be enlisting as an active duty solider on September 5th KST. We wish him all the best as he completes his military service!
