Kicking off the first installment of their 11th full-length album is Super Junior with The Road: Keep On Going – Vol.1 and the title track “Mango” on July 12th at 6 p.m KST!
“Mango” is a funky pop song with a heavy rhythmical bass and synth sound, written by K-pop lyricist Kang Eunjeong who has penned lyrics for some of the biggest names in the industry. Super Junior delivers their hearts to listeners who are tired of looking for love by offering to be an oasis just like the sweet tropical fruit. Meanwhile, composing the track were producers Ryan S. Jhun, Gustav Nyström, Moa Pettersson Hammar, and Robin Stjernberg.
The group – now in its 17th year – has returned to present a special album linking their past, present, and future journeys as a meaningful promise to fans. Through songs like “Mango,” and last month’s pre-release track “Don’t Wait” it’s evident how Super Junior continues to establish itself as a pillar of longevity in the K-pop scene.
