On May 16th at 6 p.m. KST, ASTRO returned with their third studio album and a music video for its title song, “Candy Sugar Pop”!
Co-written by members JinJin, Moonbin, and Rocky, the dance track sings about inviting someone they to spend time with them and enjoy a bewitching ocean view together. Their album Drive to the Starry Road features an 11-piece tracklist. While the group is preparing for a new round of activities, main vocalist MJ will not be participating in promotions for this comeback due to his upcoming military enlistment on May 9th KST.
ASTRO is a six-member group under Fantagio composed of JinJin, MJ, Eunwoo, Moonbin, Rocky, and Sanha. They made their debut with “Hide & Seek” back in February 2016. Their previous comeback was in August 2021 with their eighth extended play album, Switch On.
