WATCH: UP10TION’s Lee Jinhyuk Discovers How To Balance In “Work Work” Music Video

On October 18th at 6 p.m. KST, UP10TION’s Lee Jinhyuk made a solo comeback with his fourth mini-album, Ctrl + V.

Title track “Work Work” is about the desire to balance success in both work and love, told through the perspective of a workaholic. It contains a bouncy hip-hop beat sound and Jinhyuk’s melodic singing rap which displays his colorful charms and highlights the sincerity of the concept.

Jinhyuk participated in writing the witty and realistic lyrics along with producers GARDEN, Inner Child (MonoTree), Krady, and CHKmaate who also composed the song.

The music video for “Work Work” is a visually pleasing showcase of the two sides to Lee Jinhyuk: the hard-working artist shown to the public and his inner-self who is invisible to the outside world. The latter side is represented in the form of a purple bear who appears in Jinhyuk’s world and hugs him from behind.

The UP10TION rapper directly participated in the writing and composing on four of the six tracks from Ctrl + V which continues the theme of exploring the two sides of Lee Jinhyuk.

As he continues to show off his musical capabilities and artistic growth through his solo offerings, many fans are eagerly waiting and urging company TOP Media for Jinhyuk’s return to his group.
