Lee Dong Wook, Wi Ha Joon, and Han Ji Eun have been confirmed for tvN’s new drama, “Bad and Crazy”!
In the drama, Lee Dong Wook (“Tale of the Nine Tailed”) plays Soo Yeol, a detective at the Mu-ji Provincial Police Agency. He’s capable but materialistic, easily throwing away his pride in order to succeed at his goals. Frequently changing his stance depending on how things unfold, Soo Yeol’s plans are put on hold when he encounters a mysterious and crazy individual called “K.”
Wi Ha Joon (“Midnight”) takes on the role of “K,” a righteous but deranged individual. He is obsessed with justice and dreams of becoming the last hero of this era, a beacon of light in a dark world.
Han Ji Eun (“Kkondae Intern”) takes on the role of Hee Kyeom, Soo Yeol’s ex-girlfriend and a lieutenant in the drug investigation team. Passionate about her job as a police officer, she gets great joy from rounding up bad guys.
In regards to their choice of actors the production team stated, “With the casting of actors Lee Dong Wook, Wi Ha Joon, and Han Ji Eun, we are proud to give birth to a never before seen exciting and unique hero story with refreshing action in the name of justice. The three actors’ pleasant yet exciting synergy will provide viewers with crazy fun and pleasure that can only be found in “Bad and Crazy,” so please look forward to it.”
Directed by Yoo Sun Bong and written by Kim Sae Bom, who worked together on the hit show “The Uncanny Counter,” “Bad and Crazy” is scheduled to premiere in December.
