On July 5th at 6 p.m. KST, SF9 returned with a new mini-album along with a music video for its title track, “Tear Drop.”
Written by Han Sungho and members Youngbin, Zuho, and Hwiyoung, the lyrics describe the efforts of bracing against the pain of a break-up and pretending that to be calm despite being shaken by the sight of their lover’s tears. Meanwhile, Daniel Kim and Al Swettenham took charge in composing the song.
Turn Over is SF9’s ninth mini-album, available in seven versions, and boasts six new titles. Zuho, Hwiyoung, Youngbin, and Chani all participated in writing lines for the tracks.The group previously introduced 9loryUS and its lead single, “Summer Breeze,” in July 2020. Earlier this year, they competed against other established idol group in Mnet‘s “Kingdom: Legendary War.”
