GreatGuys has returned with the special album Again and the title track, “Touch By Touch,” on April 18th at 6 p.m. KST.
“Touch By Touch” is a disco-based song featuring hard-hitting drum rhythms and warm vocals combined with powerful melodies that evoke positive energy.
The track was released in both English and Korean, demonstrating the song’s global message and serving as a gift to GreatGuys’ growing international fanbase. Main rapper Dongin participated in writing and composing “Touch by Touch,” showcasing the rising boy group’s musicality and artistry.
Through the eyes of a young girl who has music as an escape, the music video shows people enjoying all the things we haven’t been able to do since the onset of the pandemic.
It also captures the striking visuals of the members which have become synonymous with the name of GreatGuys. Sporting an array of elegant suits, in sweet pastel tones against vibrant colors, the styling for this comeback is impressively eye-catching. It perfectly reflects the song’s uplifting and fun atmosphere as well as the addictive choreography.
This entire comeback centers around the concept of “we can go back,” sending an inspiring message to the world that has suffered as a result of COVID-19, and standing in solidarity with people who wish to work, meet, travel and love again — themes that are represented in the music video.
The 9-member boy group from DNA Entertainment returned with only 7 members due to vocalist Donghwi beginning his military service in November last year and leader Jae-I taking a break from activities to recover from health problems.
Despite the ongoing global pandemic, GreatGuys remained busy with various activities. Members Uiyeon and Baekgyeol filming for their acting debut for the world’s first 8K musical movie “K-School” and Horyeong starring as the lead in upcoming Thai martial arts film, “Lost In Muay Thai.”
