Roh Taehyun And Yoon San (Formerly of HOTSHOT) Fall In Love With “Blue Eyes” In OST For “Summer Guys”

On March 31st KST, one day after StarCrew Entertainment confirmed HOTSHOT’s disbandment, members Roh Taehyun and Yoon San teamed up for the OST “Blue Eyes” from the company’s romantic web drama, “Summer Guys.”

Serving as the main theme song of the drama, the feel-good up-tempo summer track was written and produced by Ju Chanyang who has worked with the likes of GOT7, former U-KISS and UNB member Lee Junyoung, and HIGHLIGHT’s Lee Gikwang. It was arranged by music-producing duo Command Freaks who have worked with a number of today’s hottest K-pop artists.

More original songs by the HOTSHOT members are set to appear as OSTs in the drama. Leader Choi Junhyuk’s 2019 solo debut song, “Fool,” is getting a special “Summer Guys” remix and a preview for Yoon San’s solo OST called “Dive In” has been posted on the drama’s official Instagram page.

“Summer Guys” features an interesting cast that includes CNBLUE’s Lee Jungshin, former PRISTIN member Mina, former gugudan’s Nayoung, and Kwon Hyunbin (VIINI). The series chronicles the lives and loves of young men and women trying to save a cocktail bar on Jeju Island where the show was filmed across the summer of 2020.
