NCT is back!
And with the release of another a new album, members Ten, Winwin, Mark, Jeno, Haechan, Yangyang, and Sungchan took centerstage as NCT U on November 23rd at 6 p.m. KST with the music video for one of their title tracks, “90s Love.”
The song was previously described as an R&B hip-hop piece with a Newtro flavor that sings about reminiscing the past and valuing the memories. Its Korean lyrics were penned by SM songwriter, Kenzie, who has been writing hit after hit for the label’s artists. Meanwhile, Jeremy Jasper, Timothy Bos, Jiah Lih, Jayden Henry, Adrian McKinnon, Wilston Jordain Johnson, Maurice Moore, and Hautboi Rich composed the track.
RESONANCE Pt. 2 features eight new songs and 13 previous songs from last month’s release, making a hefty 21-track album. Its second title track called “Work It” will be performed by Johnny, Yuta, Ten, Jungwoo, Hendery, Jaemin, and Jisung.
RESONANCE Pt. 1 dropped in October as part of NCT 2020’s large-scale promotional project with “Make A Wish (Birthday Song)” and “From Home” acting as the first half’s double title tracks. The album hit over a million copies in sales within a week of its release, marking NCT as a million-seller.
